I assure the quality of aluminium alloy parts purchased from foundries. Organize the Industrial X-ray monitoring of the purchased parts, sorting of quality lacking pieces (non conform, blowy, bubbly, deformed). Decision happened through electronically saved X-ray pictures. Creating the acceptations / rejecting tolerances, describing the method of these process. Let mill the sample pieces, do the problems visible for educational targets, and proofing the problematical facts.
Assisting in searching foundry suppliers they meet our quality / scrap targets.

​Technical Manager in the composite (FRP, CRP) manufacturing shop, Plastinform Ltd, Budapest

​2006 - 2007

As technical manager I had to instruct the workers in the composite manufacturing shop at the building of master pieces, moulds, and parts made of poliester, vinilester, and epoxi resins . There were produced special male -female moulds for Bakelite (Furanide) resins, heated with hot water. Big amount of autobus vessels (front and back covers) were produced from fiberglass reinforced poliester resin.
Masterpiece was milled with 5 axial CNC milling machine.
Several moulds were manufactured for RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) technology to NABI Hungary Compobus factory.
