PRODUCING COMPOSITE PARTS AND MOULDS
Interior coverings and body parts for the autobus and railway industry made from composite materials.
Composite moulds with two rigid parts, designed for exactly specified wall thicknesses, have been designed produced by the Plastinform Ltd. as well.
The moulds were designed for resin transfer technology, and had three options to reach the preferred closing force: vacuum closing, pneumatical closing, and mechanical closing.
The products manufactured from these mould, had the thickness of 4.0 mm +- 0.2 mm.
PEDALS WITH STEEL INSERT
Foot pedals for medical diagnostical devices.
FRONT BODY PANELS FOR BUSES
This bus frontpanel is produced only in five part. Small coverings for the triple headlights, windscreen wipers, and hinged cover in the middle are separately produced.
FIVE AXIS CNC MILLING IN WOOD
Building the masterpatterns require very accurate CNC machining. This robust milling machine enabled us to work fast and precisely.
