SAILMAKING, 3D DESIGN, PLOTTING AND CUTTING WITH VACUUM BED
Sails have been designed with the software and cutted with the vacuum bed plotter / cutter from Pro Sail.
At Birdy Sails we have produced very durable wowen cross cut and radial cut dacron sails, some of them are still used until today on lake Balaton in Hungary.
High end tri-radial cut laminate sails were on the menu, as well spinnakers and gennakers up to 220 sqm without inner sewings. These lightwind sails have been adhered together with special double sided self adhesive tapes, which don't require any sewings, except the folded tapes on the edges and corner reinforcements.

In these small loft were only reparatures performed.
IN MEMORIAM LASZLO HORVATH
RIP. Together with my "master", (owner of Horvath Sails) at EIFFEL SAILS in Verona Bussolengo. Later, HALSEY and ONE SAILS.
THE FIRST LOFT
Furnished in the attik, where the summer was very hot.
THE SECOND LOFT
Created in the cellar, where we had installed the Pro-Sail plotter, cutter.
VACUUM TABLE
Wooden labyrinth construction for good traffic of the extracted air.
